Overview of Flanged Bearing Series
Flanged miniature ball bearings are specialized thin-section rolling bearings designed with an integral outer-ring flange, solving axial positioning challenges for compact precision machinery. Different from standard non-flange bearings, the one-piece flange structure eliminates extra circlips, retaining rings or housing shoulders, greatly simplifying assembly, saving installation space and improving overall structural concentricity and operational stability.
Our full flanged bearing series covers mainstream ultra-thin 6700 series models including F6700, F6701, F6702 and more extended sizes. Each model supports three professional seal configurations: Open (no seal) for high-speed lubricated environments, ZZ double metal shields for dust-proof dry scenarios, and 2RS double rubber seals for moisture and splash-proof protection. To adapt to diverse industrial working conditions, we provide five grade options: standard chrome steel for dry high-load use, 420/440 martensitic stainless steel for anti-rust and wear-resistant needs, and 304/316 austenitic stainless steel for food-grade, medical, marine and chemical corrosion environments.
All flanged bearings adopt precision raceway grinding technology, featuring low friction, low noise, stable rotation and long service life. They can bear radial loads and slight bidirectional axial loads, widely applicable for micro motors, 3D printing devices, office automation equipment, optical precision instruments, smart wearable products, miniature robot components and light industrial precision transmission systems.
