Machine Tool

CNC machining centers, lathes and grinders rely on spindles, tool turrets and feed assemblies for precision cutting. Bearings are critical to maintain tight tolerances and surface finish. Thermal deformation and alternating cutting shocks during high-speed machining easily create chatter marks and poor surface quality. Machine tools commonly adopt precision angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and high-precision deep groove ball bearings. Difu delivers high-rigidity, low thermal expansion, low-vibration and high-accuracy bearing solutions for machine tools. Ultra-finished raceways and controlled P4/P5 precision grades are available. Hybrid ceramic rolling elements can be selected to reduce heat buildup at high speeds, and matched preloading sets fit spindles, turrets and feed shafts. Custom specifications and mass supply help eliminate chatter marks, stabilize workpiece accuracy and cut machine recalibration downtime.

Industry Solutions

Machine Tool Spindle

Machine tool spindles withstand fluctuating cutting loads. Variable-frequency spindles may induce shaft current and cause bearing electrical erosion and precision drift. Spindles mostly use matched 70-series precision angular contact ball bearings and high-speed cylindrical roller bearings. Difu supplies anti-electro-erosion, high-rigidity bearings with sustained accuracy. Ceramic rolling elements are optional to block shaft current. Tight P4/P2 precision and matching consistency suit spindles for machining centers, grinders and lathes, lowering spindle repairs and stabilizing machining quality.

Machine tool change ATC

Machine tool ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) executes fast tool grabbing and swapping. Bearings operate under frequent start-stop cycles and instantaneous impact loads. Minor rotation stiction or clearance deviation may cause tool misalignment and tool jamming, interrupting machining processes. ATC mechanisms mainly adopt precision deep groove ball bearings and needle roller bearings. Difu supplies low-torque, impact-resistant, stable-clearance and wear-resistant bearing solutions for ATC units. Ultra-fine raceway finishing and tightly controlled clearance tolerance, combined with impact-resistant long-service grease, mitigate fretting wear from repeated cycling. Our bearings fit tool arms, cams and swing arm shafts. Precision sorting and mass supply are available to ensure smooth tool change, reduce jamming failures and improve the uptime of CNC machines.

Machine Tool Rotary Worktable

CNC rotary tables handle workpiece indexing and positioning machining. Bearings must withstand workpiece weight, combined radial and axial cutting loads as well as tilting moments. Metal chips and cutting fluid may penetrate the bearing assembly. Insufficient rigidity causes angular offset and dimensional errors in multi-sided machining. Rotary tables mainly adopt YRT rotary table bearings and crossed roller bearings. Difu delivers high-rigidity, tilt-resistant and stable-positioning precision bearing solutions. Preloaded design eliminates rotational backlash, raceway surface strengthening improves wear resistance, and cutting-fluid-resistant seals block debris and coolant ingress with tightly controlled runout. P4/P5 precision grades are available for vertical and horizontal CNC rotary tables, maintaining repeat indexing accuracy and lowering scrap rates in multi-process machining.
