The F6700 flanged deep groove ball bearing is a popular ultra-thin miniature bearing with an integrated outer ring flange. The one-piece flange provides accurate axial positioning without circlips or retaining rings, saving installation space and simplifying assembly. It is widely used in compact precision machinery, micro motors, automation equipment and optical devices.
We supply 3 seal types: F6700 Open, F6700ZZ double metal shields, F6700-2RS double rubber seals. 5 material options: Chrome Steel (GCr15/52100), 420 Stainless Steel, 440 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, covering standard, humid, salt spray and light chemical working conditions.
F6700 Seal Type Introduction
1. F6700 Open
Zero friction resistance, maximum rotating speed, easy relubrication. Suitable for clean enclosed environments with internal oil supply. Not dustproof or waterproof.
2. F6700ZZ (Double Metal Shields)
Non-contact metal shields block dust and large particles. Pre-greased and maintenance-free, retaining high speed performance. Only dust-proof, not waterproof. Best seller for indoor general machinery, 3D printers and small motors.
3. F6700-2RS (Double Rubber Seals)
Contact rubber lip seals provide full protection against dust, moisture and liquid splashing. Effectively lock internal grease for long service life. Slightly lower speed, ideal for humid and light outdoor conditions.
Material Features And Applications
1. Chrome Steel GCr15 / AISI 52100
Features: High hardness (HRC60-64), excellent wear resistance and load capacity, low noise, cost-effective. Poor rust resistance.
Applications: Dry indoor industrial equipment, micro DC motors, office automation, precision transmission mechanisms.
2. 420 Stainless Steel
Features: Hardenable martensitic stainless steel, basic anti-rust performance, good toughness, magnetic, budget-friendly.
