The F6702 flanged deep groove ball bearing is a mid-size ultra-thin miniature bearing in the 6700 series, upgraded from F6701 with larger bore and load capacity. Featuring a one-piece integrated outer flange, this bearing delivers precise passive axial positioning, eliminating extra circlips or retaining rings. It optimizes compact assembly structures and enhances operational stability for mini precision machinery.
Available inthree practical seal variants: open type, double metal shield (ZZ), double rubber seal (2RS). 1. F6702 Open Bearing
No protective shields or seals, featuring ultra-low friction and maximum rotational speed. It allows flexible manual or automatic relubrication to adapt to high-speed continuous operation. Designed exclusively for clean, sealed indoor equipment environments with stable lubrication supply. Not resistant to dust, moisture or liquid splashing, ideal for high-precision high-speed transmission components.
2. F6702ZZ Metal Shielded Bearing
Adopts non-contact double-sided steel shields, effectively blocking fine dust, particle debris and industrial impurities. Pre-filled with high-quality grease for long-term maintenance-free operation, balancing excellent speed performance and basic dust protection. It cannot resist water or moisture penetration, widely applied for dry indoor automated equipment, precision instruments and daily electronic devices.
3. F6702-2RS Rubber Sealed Bearing
Equipped with double-sided contact rubber lip seals, achieving comprehensive protection against dust, humidity, water splash and oil contamination. The tight sealing structure locks internal lubricant firmly to avoid grease loss and extend bearing service life. Material Characteristics And Industrial Applications
1. GCr15 Chrome Steel (AISI 52100)
Characteristics: High hardness (HRC60-64), superior wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, stable rotation and low noise. It offers the highest cost performance among all material options, with only weakness of poor anti-rust ability in humid environments.

2. 420 Stainless Steel
