The MF52 flanged miniature deep groove ball bearing belongs to the popular MF micro flange series, featuring ultra-small non-standard thin-wall dimensions, different from conventional F6700 series bearings. It adopts an integrated outer ring flange structure to deliver precise one-way axial positioning without additional locking accessories. Extremely compact in size and lightweight, this bearing is specially developed for micro-miniature precision equipment with ultra-narrow installation gaps.
We supply three practical sealing versions: MF52 open type, MF52ZZ double metal shields, and MF52-2RS double rubber seals. To fit diversified micro working environments, five industrial-grade material options are available: Chrome Steel, 420 Stainless Steel, 440 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless Steel, covering dry precision transmission, dust, humidity, salt spray and mild chemical corrosion micro-scenarios.
MF52 Seal Type Features And Application Scenarios
1. MF52 Open (No Shield)
No protective structure, minimal friction loss and top-tier high-speed performance. It supports free grease replacement and maintenance, ideal for fully enclosed, clean micro-devices with stable internal lubrication. Not dustproof or waterproof, mainly used for high-precision micro rotating parts that pursue extreme speed and low resistance.
2. MF52ZZ Double Metal Shields
Non-contact double-sided steel shields effectively block fine floating dust and tiny particle impurities. Pre-greased for long-term maintenance-free operation, retaining stable high-speed rotation. It only provides dust protection without waterproof capability, perfectly suited for dry indoor miniature electronics, model equipment and precision micro transmission components.
3. MF52-2RS Double Rubber Seals
Adopts contact rubber lip sealing design to effectively isolate dust, moisture and tiny water splashes. The sealed structure locks internal lubricant steadily to prevent grease volatilization and leakage, greatly extending service life. Slightly increased friction ensures stronger operational stability, suitable for slightly humid indoor and light dust micro-equipment working conditions.
Material Performance And Usage Scenarios
1. GCr15 Chrome Steel (AISI 52100)
Features: High hardness, excellent wear resistance and structural stability, low noise and high cost performance. It delivers the best load capacity among all MF52 material options, with ordinary rust resistance.
Applications: Preferred for standard dry micro precision equipment, widely used in micro small motors, miniature instrument transmission, intelligent electronic precision rotating parts.
2. 420 Stainless Steel
Features: Hardenable magnetic martensitic stainless steel, with basic anti-rust and anti-oxidation performance, good toughness and stable micro-operation performance, cost-effective anti-corrosion option.
Applications: Mildly humid micro working environments, household mini smart devices, small precision electronic equipment with basic anti-rust requirements.
3. 440 Stainless Steel (440C)
