The MF62 flanged miniature deep groove ball bearing is a mainstream small-size flange bearing in the MF series, optimized for compact miniature transmission systems. Compared with ultra-tiny MF52 bearings, the MF62 features enlarged outer diameter and thicker body structure, delivering improved load capacity and structural rigidity while maintaining ultra-small installation dimensions. The integrated outer ring flange enables tool-free axial positioning, eliminating auxiliary locking parts and greatly simplifying assembly for mini precision equipment.

We provide three versatile sealing configurations: MF62 Open, MF62ZZ double metal shields, and MF62-2RS double rubber seals. 1. MF62 Open (No Shield)

Adopts fully open structure with zero contact resistance, delivering the highest rotational speed and heat dissipation efficiency. It supports convenient regular grease replacement and mechanical maintenance. Designed exclusively for clean, sealed indoor precision equipment with stable circulating lubrication. Without dust and water resistance, it is the ideal choice for high-speed, low-torque miniature rotating components.

2. MF62ZZ Double Metal Shields

Equipped with non-contact double-sided steel shields, effectively blocking floating dust, fine particles and processing debris. Pre-filled with high-temperature stable grease for lifelong maintenance-free operation. It retains excellent high-speed performance and only provides dustproof protection, not waterproof. Widely used in dry indoor model equipment, micro motors, precision instrumentation and daily electronic miniature transmission parts.

3. MF62-2RS Double Rubber Seals

Features upgraded contact rubber lip sealing structure, achieving comprehensive protection against dust, moisture, water splashes and oil contamination. The tight sealing cavity locks internal grease firmly to prevent volatilization and leakage, effectively extending service life in variable environments. Slightly increased friction enhances operational stability, perfect for humid indoor spaces and light dust industrial miniature equipment.

1. GCr15 Chrome Steel (AISI 52100)

Features: High hardness, outstanding wear resistance and structural stability, with superior dynamic and static load capacity. It runs smoothly and quietly, offering the highest cost performance for standard working conditions, with ordinary anti-rust performance.

2. 420 Stainless Steel
